Victor Rios flooring recently did some repair for us on our vinyl flooring that had a about 30 pieces of flooring that started to crack. We had them installed about 5 years ago from another company that is not in business any longer. Victor Rios company dud a terrific job from the communication form Mayra in the office to the gentlemen who came to repair the flooring. We are so satisfied we wish we had found them to originally install our flooring. Ill include the email I sent over to Mayra the night the repair was done. Victor and his team were a pleasure to work with. From our first contact with Mayra til the date of completion, we were impressed by their professionalism and workmanship. Mayra was always a quick phone call or email away to answer questions or offer suggestions for resources. Victor and his crew arrived on time, worked diligently, and maintained a clean work area. Our bathroom remodel was completed on schedule and we are very pleased with the result!

After speaking to three other flooring companies, I selected Victor Rios Flooring first because of their reviews, but after meeting Victor I knew they were very professional. They were able to accommodate our tight timeline. We needed to start the project right after Christmas. They started on December 27th with a crew of five to do the demolition that was completed in a day. Some workers even worked on Saturday, New Years day. The job took almost two weeks to complete because of repairs and some materials had to be ordered Victor Rios was on site at the start of the day most days and at the end of the day everyday to inspect the progress and explain the work to us. After the demolition there were some unforeseen repairs that needed to be done (our floors were a mess underneath the laminate and tile) such as floor leveling and replacing wood in some areas where the wood was rotted. Victor discussed options for how to proceed when the unexpected came up. They went above our expectations and I will definitely be hiring Victor Rios again to do all of our future home renovations. I have even recommended Victor to our friends and family.

Victor Ríos is the most professional contractor and flooring expert I know. I called Victor Ríos flooring and Mayra helped me out. She is very responsive and worked with me on the right type of material and color to fit my bedrooms. I had the carpet removed and installed Gem Core flooring in the rooms. I met Victor to take measurements and give me an estimate. He was not the lowest bid, but not the most expensive either. I decided to go with Victor after meeting him because knew that I'm he knew his stuff. I am super happy that I went with Victor and not someone who would go cheap on material or rip you off in the long run with a poorly done job. Victor Ríos provides quality work at a reasonable price.

We had Victor install new floors and refurbish our existing floors. His work is excellent. He is always there on time and when he is finished in the afternoon he leaves his work area immaculate. His work is so beautiful that he did our master bedroom bathroom. The workmanship is perfect and the way the design in the tile was matched was perfect, we could not ask for more. I would never look for another person to do this type of work in our home. If you are looking for the best, look no further. Victor Rios is the best you can get. Office staff is great too. You will not be disappointed.
